Website Terms of Use: Australian Academy of Music

In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Australian Academy of Music, 26/302 Southpine Rd, Brendale QLD 4500 AUSTRALIA and "you" and "your" means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email prior to the event.

Legal Capacity to Transact

If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with Australian Academy of Music By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Any orders placed and accepted by us will be deemed to be by persons over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should the Australian Academy of Music suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, the Australian Academy of Music reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with the Australian Academy of Music

Placing Your Order

You may place your order by completing a stock order or lesson booking on this website. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the goods or services you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered, or the time and date of your music lesson If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone and arrange a store credit or refund. The Australian Academy of Music reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Payment Methods and Processing

The payment method options will be available within the Checkout page, pending the total invoice amount. The Australian Academy of Music accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or Zip Payments Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin shipping processing until the next business day. Website booked lessons must be booked by 12pm on the day of a lesson on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and by 6pm on Friday for a Saturday lesson. For late bookings please call the Australian Academy of Music directly during business hours on (07) 3889 9400 Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. We process credit card payments after you click the "Submit My Order" button. For credit card payments you will receive an order confirmation. Your order confirmation is your proof of purchase.

Please Note:

• We will not accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
• Debit cards and cheque cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

GST

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of GST except for items that are exempt from GST. Items that include GST, and the total GST paid will be clearly marked on the invoice.

Prices

All prices are stated in AUD, Australian Dollars.

Supply of Products

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your order confirmation.

Delivery Charges

The Australian Academy of Music reserves the right to change prices for delivery at any time. If you choose to pickup the goods ordered/purchased on-line from our Store at 26/302 Southpine Rd, Brendale QLD 4500 your delivery charge will be refunded. Please use our contact page to advise us of the day and time you will collect your order, immediately after placing your order to avoid delays.

Delivery charges apply to goods that are sent to your nominated address, and are subject to confirmation at the time the order is placed. The Australian Academy of Music accepts no responsibility for incorrect address details being submitted.

Delivery Times

All orders on this website are processed ASAP during business hours Monday-Friday. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team.If the waiting time is not acceptable to you, your payment will be fully refunded immediately and the order cancelled. Please allow 3-14 working days for delivery. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please in most cases of delivery. We recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery during Business hours of 9-5 Monday-Friday. Australia Post and Couriers Please cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If no one is present to accept the delivery a slip will be left so that you can negotiate a suitable arrangement for final delivery or collection.

Authority To Leave - Shipping Instructions: If you would prefer for the delivery person to leave the parcel for you in your absence, please send an(ATL), Authority To Leave note via our contact page. It is important to consider that if you give us (ATL), Authority To Leave the consignment in your absence, then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your goods, nor the other factors that can effect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like theft, rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist in tracking your item.

Please note:

• It is the responsibility of the Customer upon delivery of the goods, by the nominated Courier to ensure the packaging or goods have not been damaged during shipping.
• Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you upon delivery.
• If the Customer request goods to be left without providing a signature upon delivery, then the Customer will be accepting full liability.
